Classic Rice Cereal Treats

yield: 2, 8 inch square pans


Ingredients:

3 Tablespoons Unsalted Butter

1 (10 oz) package of mini marshmallows (about 4 cups)

6 cups Cereal

2 teaspoons Vanilla extract

pinch of salt

1 cup sprinkles


1.) Grease pan(s) with baking pan spray

2.) Heat butter in a medium size pot until melted

3.) Add marshmallows and stir constantly until completely malted

4.) Remove pot from heat and add cereal, vanilla, salt and sprinkles and fold together until fully incorporated.

5.) Add mixture to pan (s)

6.) Wrap and let set up overnight at room temp.
